With a passion for cooking that began at a young age, Fred honed his skills by volunteering at nonprofit events and eventually became a personal chef in 2004. In 2017, he officially launched his catering company and brought his 5-star experience to Las Vegas. And when he returned to California in 2019, he continued to provide exceptional catering services, even during the pandemic.
